Commissions
A commissioned portrait is a lasting way to remember a treasured pet or meaningful subject. Portraits can come in all sizes, so even small miniatures, which are the most affordable, can hold as much meaning as a larger one. Portraits make ideal gifts for special occasions, holidays, or as a tribute for someone who has lost a beloved pet.
My portrait prices vary according to size, number of subjects, and complexity. While I prefer to work
from my own photographs, I will be glad to look at your photos to see if your images have the
correct exposure, lighting, and focus so that I am able to capture an accurate likeness of your pet. The
price list below should be a guide in determining the type of portrait you might like.

Prices do not include framing, taxes, or shipping and handling.
To order a commission:
1. Please call me to discuss your ideas or email a description of the portrait you would like painted. Please be specific by including the size, subject matter, and background preference.
2. A 50% deposit is required to secure your commission. Once your deposit is received I will begin work and
you should allow 4-6 weeks for completion. I will send you a photo of the finished painting for your approval
prior to shipping.
